This was apparent, specifically in the completion of our "Miscellaneous Projects, Collegewide" contract, which involved sixteen (16) different jobs. The diversity of the projects and the time constraints were always a challenge. Multiple projects on multiple campuses are always a strain, however, you completed all with success - on-time and within budget".

"You are also to be commended for the completion of our new Seminole Campus, Phase I. We have been very pleased with this state-of-the-art technology campus. Your current $9 million contract for the Clearwater Campus is underway and I look forward to working with you on future projects".
