"I toured the
Van Buren Middle School renovation jobsite on Thursday, July 10, 2003.
The job seemed well staffed and the work was being pursued with intensity.
During my reviews, I saw a number of items that were not in the scope
of work but needed to be done. Your staff quickly prepared a price sheet
for the items. Because of your company's diligence, there was $195,000
in buyout savings available on this job. Because we were able to use
these savings, we were able to afford to add these itmes to the scope
of work.
This is the kind of team work that builds sound, continuing business
relationship."
