Mr. Bunbury is President and Project Executive for R.J. Bunbury Company, Inc. Mr. Bunbury has over 33 years in construction related experience. Under Mr. Bunbury's direction, R.J. Bunbury Company, Inc., has risen to the top of the list in qualified local construction management firms. It is due to his direct involvement and hands-on style of management that has gained R.J. Bunbury Company, Inc., a reputation for the ability to meet dead lines and tight budget constraints. Mr. Bunbury will be directly involved in the coordination of pre-construction services. He is responsible for final contract and fee negotiation, overseeing budget and cost analysis and monitoring the progression and quality of the construction. He is actively involved in the coordination of design with the Owner and Architects.
