This project consisted of 30,000 square feet of demolition and renovations.
The scope of work included two new scientific classrooms, a nursing
training classroom and five new classrooms. The project also included the renovating
of the complete HVAC systems, new lighting, new ceilings, new flooring
and paint throughout. The project was fast-tracked for the Owner
and was ready for fall sessions which improved the original
schedule by three months.
