This fast tracked project consisted of the construction of a new 120,000 square foot manufacturing and
office facility with the development of a 15-acre site. The interior was completely
finished and wired with fibre optics throughout the manufacturing
office space. The site contained an environmentally-protected wetland area that
required extensive mitigation efforts.
